If you forget your ribut password, tap Forgot password on the login screen or visit the password recovery page. Enter the email address or username associated with your account. If a deposit fails, the funds return to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, first check your payment provider's app or bank account to confirm whether the funds were deducted. If the funds left your account but did not appear on ribut, note your transaction reference number and contact our support team. We will investigate the failed transaction and, if confirmed, re-credit your ribut account or return funds to your payment method.
